Founding Story

L.J Begg Electrical was established in 2019 by Liam Begg. My journey in the electrical industry began in 2006 when I started my electrical apprenticeship. By 2010, I had become a qualified electrician, gaining invaluable experience working with Local electrical companies on volume home builds for renowned builders like Metricon, Simonds, JG Kings and many more. Over the years, I have amassed extensive experience in providing commercial electrical services to hospitals, schools, factories, health facilities, and designer homes. This diverse background laid the foundation for L.J Begg Electrical.

Our Team and Expertise

Our team currently consists of 5 electricians, 3 apprentices, and 2 A-grade/licensed electricians, and dedicated admin staff. Together, we bring over 40 years of collective experience across all sectors of the electrical industry. Each member of our team is registered as an apprentice or licensed electrician holder, and equipped with working with children and police checks, ensuring the highest standards of safety and reliability.

As a licensed trade, we have completed rigorous training, including a 4-year apprenticeship and 3 mandatory tests, to obtain our electricians’ licenses.
